This kit is designed to emulate an original Bally/Williams-style but in an ultra-widebody pinball cabinet format. 

This kit is designed to work with the LG C series 48-inch OLED TV. Inside playfield dimensions are 26" x 45" and should work with any standard accessories designed to fit a Bally/Williams widebody cabinet, excluding the Widebody Size Stainless Steel Lockdown Bar, and Williams/Bally Widebody Playfield Glass. 

Your Tempered glass will need to be sourced locally.  This should cut 43" X 26.5" inches and be 3/16"of an inch

A quick note about Cleveland software flipper buttons and UltraWide cabinets.  The Cleveland software RGB True Leaf Button is too long to fit on the left side of an ultrawide cabinet when using an LG C series 48-inch OLED. His older RGB Leaf Buttons did, but it seems he may be phasing these out.  His LED Leaf Buttons will fit, but they are not addressable; they just light up in the button's color. All three buttons are indeed gold leaf, and all 3 play and feel great.  If you're ordering a Cleveland Software builder's kit, you may want to ask for them not to include 2 of the RGB True Leaf Buttons and instead add 2 additional white LED Leaf Buttons.

Cabinet Revision Aug 15th 2025

• The main cabinet has been redesigned and is now CNC cut with 45-degree miter joints. The cabinet includes commercial-grade Lamello connectors embedded in the 45-degree corners for easier assembly. These new corners eliminate the need to fill and sand the corners, making the cabinet even easier to build than before. You will still need to use a high-quality wood glue. Simply add glue to the corners, and assemble the corner you are working with. Then use the included Allen wrench to tighten the Lamello connectors and the strap to create an indestructible Virtual Pinball Cabinet. 
• DMD / Speaker Panel, DMD install area in rear of panel has been increased in size to better support a larger variety of LCD laptop replacement screens and standalone 15.6 inch Screen's
• In addition, due to customer feedback, we have also eliminated the pre-drilled starter holes in the main cabinet and backbox, as these really did not serve much of a purpose and just created additional areas that needed to be filled in and sanded.
• Since the corners will no longer need to be sanded or filled in, we can now pre-install cabinet Vinyl. Vinyl must come from one of our preferred vendors to ensure the correct quality.

• We are now including small pre-drilled starter holes on the inside of the cabinet for the monitor mount front brace and the rear pivot point for the monitor mount. For the ultra-wide cabinets, you have the choice of two holes to work with. One set will mount the monitor parallel to the glass, and the other will allow the monitor to sit inside the cabinet, not parallel with the glass. 
• CNC cut holes in the bottom of the backbox and sides of the main cabinet for backbox hinges. (When moving your cabinet, always remove the backbox and hinges) 
• Backbox Plexi is now included with this model for Free

This flat pack is designed to work well with most 48-inch playfield tv/monitors however it was specifically designed to work with the LG 48 inch C series OLED monitors and most 32-inch backglass tv/monitors and 15.6 inch Full DMD displays.

A new, easier-to-install Rear BackBox hatch system is available for $40 ( This is much easier to install than the traditional rear backbox doors).

This is a woodworking project, so please be prepared to use nails, screws, high-quality wood glue, clamps, sanders, and anything else needed to assemble the flatpack.  

No Pinball Hardware is included with this flat pack. However, we do offer an ultra-widebody Vpin Assembly kit with everything you need in a great, low-cost package.

As with any coated piece of plywood, there is always a small chance of chipping or flaking during shipping.  This is generally never significant, and you may need to do some minor sanding. If this is something you want to avoid, we recommend using the non-coated original material flat packs. Unless a piece of our cabinet is physically cracked or broken, pieces will not be replaced.
