A Premium Virtual Pinball Cabinet Flat pack, including a full backbox. Precision cut using a CNC Machine and 3/4-inch high-quality black-coated birch plywood! The cabinet will require hours of less sanding, priming and painting as our original cabinet in the natural plywood. Its a huge time saver.  This kit is designed to work with the LG C series 48 inch OLED TV. Inside playfield dimensions are 26" x 45" and should work with any standard accessories designed to fit a Bally/Williams widebody cabinet, excluding the Widebody Size Stainless Steel Lockdown Bar, and Williams/Bally Widebody Playfield Glass. 

Your Tempered glass will need to be sourced locally.  This should cut 43" X 26.5" inches and be 3/16"of an inch thick. Any additional Williams widebody parts will work with this cabinet, including the Williams/Bally WPC Stainless Steel Side Rails, and Williams/Bally Widebody Playfield Glass Rear and side rail Channels. Legs in photos are not included.

You cannot install a rear matrix display in these cabinets if you choose to go parallel with the glass. There is simply not enough room.  

This flat pack is designed to work well with most 48-inch playfield TV/monitors; however, it was specifically designed for the LG 48-inch C series OLED monitors, most 32-inch backglass TV/monitors, and 15.6-inch Full DMD displays.

  • The main cabinet has been redesigned and now is CNC cut with 45 degree Miter joints. The cabinet includes commercial grade Lamello connectors embedded in the 45 degree corners for easier assembly. These new corners eliminate the need to fill and sand the corners, again making the cabinet even easier to assemble then it was before. You will still need to use a high quality wood glue. Simply add glue to the corners assemble the corner you are working with then use the included allen wrench to tighten down the lamello connectors and strap overnight for an indestructible Virtual Pinball Cabinet. 
  • DMD / Speaker Panel, DMD install area in rear of panel has been increased in size to better support a larger variety of LCD laptop replacement screens and standalone 15.6 inch Screen's
  • In addition due to customer feedback We have also eliminated the pre drilled starter holes in the main cabinet and backbox as these really did not serve much of a purchase and just created additional areas that needed to be filled in and sanded.
  • We are now including small pre drilled starter holes on the inside of the cabinet for the monitor mount front brace and the rear pivot point for the monitor mount. 
  • CNC cut holes in the bottom of the backbox and sides of the main cabinet for backbox hinges. 
  1. The rear door or hatch for the Main cabinet has been increased in size to eliminate the gaps around the edges.

 All of our virtual Pinball Cabinets will include:

  • High-quality black-coated birch plywood main cabinet and backglass
  • Pre-drilled button holes for pinball flippers, magnasaves, plunger, ball launch, start, back, and coin.
  • Coin box area cutout for easy pinball coin box installation.
  • 5.5-inch Subwoofer sub hole in middle of cabinet ( this will need to be modified based on your subwoofers dimensions)
  • 1 Fan hole in bottom and 2 located in the rear plate.
  • Pre-drilled holes for pinball cabinet leg bolts and leg plates.
  • Pre-routed channels for pinball playfield glass side rails.
  • Pre-cut speaker panel designed for 15.6-inch LCD DMD's and 5.25 inch speakers.
  • Pre-routed channel for pinball backglass plexi.
  • Pinball cabinet corner blocks included!
  • VESA mount for pinball backglass monitor installation included.
  • Easy to install rear hatch on backbox
  • Legs, bolts, and leg bracket pictured are not included
  • 8 90-degree stainless steel brackets for backbox assembly
  • 1 camlock and 2 small hinges for the main cabinet rear hatch
  • 100 5/8 black wood screws

 This is a woodworking project, so please be prepared to use nails, screws, high-quality wood glue, clamps, sanders, and anything else needed to assemble the flatpack.

AS is the case with any coated plywood, some minor chipping and flaking may occur when shipping. If it does simply uses your sander and a small bit of filler.

Really happy with how my cab came out! It's been so fun to play. Lance was quick to answer my questions when I had them, which I very much appreciate. I built the 32 inch version, and while space was tight, I was able to fit a full size PC (decased) and a full SSF system. Many elements that I purchased needed to be custom-sized or modified in some way to fit the non-standard cabinet size, so keep that in mind if you are considering this version. There is an optional parts pack sized for this cab that is available for purchase through this site if you choose to go that route, though I sourced/made my own. Thank you Lance!

Overall the cabinet with decal was great and wonderful workmanship The csd kit works great with two issues one a speaker cable was miswired into the sound board which I was able to fix myself second there was no general direction on using the kit with a computer I was completely dependent on the csd website with no general starting point I did figure things out after hours of work Shipping logistics were good but not great I had asked multiple times that my order be handled by a freight company that offered white glove last mile that did not occur and I had to do a lot of coordination on my own Overall I am very happy with the table but some of the logistical snags related to customer service and the small build issue could have been handled better especially given the $5000+ cost

Virtual Pinball Cabinet csd premium upgrade

Flat-pack came well packaged and as I ordered. The cuts were clean and I'm very pleased. I don't think I could have as easily or uniformly done some of the cutouts and things that they have done here. SInce I'm somewhat of a perfectionist - I will feel better knowing that there's not a miss cut of my own doing. Quality/Craftsmanship is high. Blog instructions combined with Way of the Wrench Video series on Youtube and I feel confident heading into this build.
