Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Every Pinball Cabinet product is hand built to order. Once you place an order, we begin buying materials and setting aside shop time for your build. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except as described below.

Cancellations

You may ask to cancel your order only before the build of your cabinet or flat pack begins. If we approve the cancellation, we will refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the materials, scheduling, and other costs we have already incurred on your order.

To ask for a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the build has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Because each cabinet is custom built, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. In the rare case that we approve a return, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to items damaged in transit or shipped in error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any restocking fee that applies. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
