Our Deluxe Virtual Pinball Cabinet 42 inch LG Monitor Mounting System is an upgrade on our original design that now incorporate specially designed sides to fill in the gaps and provides a mounting platform for Playfield side addressable LEDS. This Virtual Pinball Cabinet Mount is specifically designed for the 42 inch LG C series OLED TV's.
Assembly
Start by painting both side spacers and the MDF 1/4 inch extensions Black.
then install the 1 inch side board to the right side of playfield mount. We use a straight edge to line up the end of the spacer with the front of the mount. The playfield mount cross support that is included should work for this. Remember this 1 inch spacer should be installed so that it will be on the right side of the cabinet when facing the cabinet. The cutout section is to provide space for your buttons and should be installed to the front of the playfield mount.
then secure this using some clamps turn the mounting system over and attach the side spacer to the mounting system. You can use either screws or a nail gun
Take your 3/4 inch side spacer and glue the 1/4 MDF extensions to the 3/4 inch spacer board. Let the glue set. The first one with the notch should be lined up with the front of the spacer with the same notch and the second one should be lined up at the rear. This creates a 4 inch long 1/4 inch gap in the middle of the left side spacer to compensate for the LG C series sensor port.
Attach the 3/4 inch spacer with extensions boards glued to it to the left side of playfield mount the same way you attached the 1 inch spacer board on the right side.
Next attach 1 inch wooden dowel rod to playfield mounting system using the 2 included c clamps. The 2 c clamps should be installed at the end of the mounting system
Next install the cross support that was included with your kit using the the 90% brackets that are included. All cabinets now include multiple starter holes on either side of the main cabinet, near the front and rear, for installing the monitor system in 2 positions. Parallel with the glass ( our preferred method) or recessed into the rear of the cabinet. The 90% brackets are solid stainless steel, and no cross support will be needed. The monitor mounting system is fully supported with just the 2 90% brackets.
Now install the 2 rear support hinges into the 2 starter holes provided on either side of the rear of the cabinet.
Now install the monitor mounting system!!!!
OK So that's it!!!!! You done!!!!
